Sheraton Miramar Hotel & Convention Center, Vina del Mar

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with beautiful sea views just beneath us, though the mold in the shower was a downside. The spacious room was well-furnished, and the bathroom with an excellent shower was great.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was spacious, modern, and had a very large bathroom and a small balcony with fantastic seaview, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The service was attentive, even though there were a few issues that were promptly apologized for without compensation. The location was both a benefit and drawback but fantastic overall, being close to everything. The dining experience was not included in our room rate but the facilities were top-notch.

Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms offered amazing views of the Valparaiso coastline and were comfortable, complemented by excellent service. The terrace and breakfast area were beautiful, providing a balcony view over the sea. While the standard was pretty typical for Sheraton, there were some minor drawbacks like waiting for table clearance, and changes in daily operating hours. The location just outside Vina Mar was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle, with interesting scenery and views from the room.
